The company can be involved in the employees' language learning in several ways:

-The company gives full control of the course to our language teacher. Students are taught online by our language coach. DEF@ctO nl E.E. reports regularly on the progress of the course participants to the company.
-The language course is run entirely by DEF@ctO nl E.E.. However, the company is actively involved and supports the trainees by appointing language buddies at work. This allows each employee to practice in a targeted way.
-The company offers trainees the opportunity to follow the digital lessons of DEF@ctO nl E.E., but the trainee has no help from the language coach in doing so.
